What a beautiful day!

top ten things that makes today great:
1. Knowing God is in control!
2. I'm on spring break all week, woo hoo!
3. I have a wonderful boyfriend who i got to visit this past weekend :)
4. were having some sister hang out time this afternoon which i'm excited about because i haven't seen her much recently
5. Its in the 60's
6. I started jogging again, and i didn't go extremely far but i didn't have to stop. so i say its a good start.
7. I painted my nails outside :)
8. went to the tanning bed, and yes y'all can make fun of me
9. I got a free sweet tea from Mc'Ds which they have the best tea besides chickfila
10. Tonight is young adults! :)

Quick Update!

Break has been wonderful!! Unfortunately I'm back at school, just finished my first week. only 13 more to go!! haha.. So far my classes are alright. My schedule was kinda crappy at first because I had a two hour break everyday, I would rather just be there get my classes over with and have my afternoons to work or do whatever. I was praying that I could switch into another History class, so that i wouldn't have two hour breaks everyday. And Praise Jesus! He always provides! I was able to switch and now i get done at 12:15, and 2:15 everyday. compared to 4:00!

I'm going to enjoy this weekend because i have off on fridays, and i have monday off! woot! And this is brooks last weekend home, he starts back on tuesday. So hopefully I won't be sad the whole weekend and just enjoy the time I do have with him!

Oh and I'm really hoping and praying I can save up some money and visit linnea on my spring break! I'm so excited she got the new TSA job! So i'm not sure if it will work out with her work schedule, if not i can always come out in the summer!! But my spring break is the first week in march, which doesn't seem that far away. So I pray that it works out! :)

I miss small group!

I just want to thank hannah and all her small group girls for letting me come visit monday night! It made me realize how great and wonderful small group is. To be able to hear about whats going on in everyones life, and grow closer with God and each other! It is just great. I miss it alot! So girls who are in small group soak it all up now! And thanks hannah for being a wonderful leader :)

Ready to Fly!

So the past two weekends I have been out of town visiting friends. The first to Grove City in Pennslyvania with Sarah to visit our friend Kip. I think it is always fun to see where your friends go off to college and how they make their own home and see how their daily life is. like visiting the howard girls too! Grove city is a beautiful campus period. Love it love it! This past weekend I went up to visit Brooks, he is going to school in montgomery which is like right outside of D.C. We got to ride the metro to the zoo! went shopping, saw dan in real life, which i thought was very cute. But might not fit everyones fancy.
So yeah after being away and seeing other schools then coming back to salisbury its kind of depressing. I mean i love my family and friends here no one could replace them. It's just colleges here are a spiritual wasteland, and can be quite draining. One praise though is whenever someone asks me what school i graduated from and i tell them a christian school it has opened up alot of discussion. i always get alot of questions and comments about it. That is super encouraging and reassuring to me that i was supposed to stay home this year.
But as for next year i have the passion to go away to college, to go experience and see things outside of the eastern shore. Once again i'm not dissing salisbury, it is a great place to grow up, or i think it is atleast, but i'm ready to go away, ya know?
So as soon as I came home from grove city, i started the application process. The thing of it is though i feel so confused. I have no direction on what school i am supposed to be at, what major or profession i should go into. just lost. I have been praying about it more seriously the past two weeks because its pratically all i have been thinking about. I would really appreciate your prayers for direction and guidance. I know it is all in God's hands! Thankfully other wise i don't know what i would do. Anyways sorry for rambling so much!
